An apparatus utilising an orifice for testing metres at low pressures by passing gas or air through the orifice and metre and finally discharging it to the atmosphere. The time for a given quantity of gas to pass through the metre compared to the orifice standard time corrected for test conditions provides a measure of metre accuracy.
