A plan that outlines the steps and measures to take in order to reduce to a minimum the risks and effectively manage the activities planned for the trafficked person assisted (e.g. voluntary assisted return, etc.). The plan should be regularly reviewed and updated by the case manager and the assisted trafficked person.
