MgTiO₃. Used in ceramic dielectric bodies. Although relatively low in dielectric constant, it has a positive temperature coefficient of capacity. Thus, it can be used in conjunction with a negative coefficient material; e.g., titania, to produce a near 0 temperature coefficient product.
