An orthorhombic mineral, Sb₂S₃; dimorphous with metastibnite; soft; metallic; may contain gold and silver; occurs in massive forms and in vertically striated prisms having perfect cleavage, in low-temperature veins and around hot springs; the chief source of antimony.
