In Tivoli Enterprise Data Warehouse, the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process that reads the data from the operational data stores of the application that collects it (for example, a log file, a Tivoli Inventory repository, or a Tivoli Enterprise Console database), verifies the data, makes the data conform to the Tivoli Enterprise Data Warehouse schema, and places the data into the central data warehouse.
