The Emperor-beyond-the-Sea (also called the Emperor-over-the-sea) is the father of Aslan. The Emperor lived beyond the eastern edge of the Narnian world, in what was often called Aslan's Country. He is the ruler not only of Narnia, but of all worlds, including Earth.
